The defense and protection of human rights are essential for the total development of a person’s personality. Only in an environment where one is confident in justice and fairness can academic advancement occur.
Saintgits College of Applied Sciences has established a Grievance Redressal Cell with the goal of achieving this and in accordance with UGC guidelines. The GRC seeks to comprehend and address the complaints of parents and students.
Objectives:
• To create a step-by-step process for resolving student complaints
• To assist students who have been wrongfully denied access to college services that are legitimately theirs.
• To guarantee that the college personnel treat the students with courtesy, responsiveness, and accountability.
• To quickly and effectively settle complaints from students in a fair and impartial manner.
